Wasn’t he on the discovery channel or one it’s affiliates for having a rare disease, and for using the tattoos to cover up the deformities? That, or there’s someone else running around with a very similar tattoo, and/or I’m batshit insane. Both possible.
You’ll never be able to identify him by name, you wont’ care, and you’ll never want to hang out with him in case he sticks up a 7-11 or molests a kid or something – but you’ll ALSO never forget him. Maybe that’s what he’s going for?

I know the saying is “you better check yourself before you wreck yourself”, but this guy managed to do both at the same time.
This is obviously not a real tattoo, unless it’s a coincidence that his beard and eyebrows match the ink only where it’s “tattooed.”
