  1. The sad thing is, she probably thinks it is spelled correctly. When you actually pronounce “Living is the strongest drug” the t at the end of “strongest” is silent. Try saying it both ways and you will see for yourself.

  5. Never will I understand what the fascination is with people getting phrases tattooed on their bodies. It’s pretty darn stupid and wait until they get older and their skin stretches and sags. The phrases will look like bad barcodes.

  7. It’s not silent. Some folks may not annunciate the t, as it is similar to the d, dut it is definitely not silent (like the g in light or the s in Illinois.) I pronounce the t, and then the d.
