Let’s call this guy Scarface. I’m interested to see if he’ll make a second appearance on WTFTattoos in the future like a couple others have. He seems like a prime candidate for a repeat offender — assuming he was ever let out of prison.

UPDATE: Turns out this guy is a neo-Nazi on trial for murder, and taxpayers are paying for him to cover up his tattoos during his trial so the jury isn’t swayed by the swastika on his neck. (Thanks to Tracy in our Facebook group)
