k this tatt isn’t to bad well the location kindda looks bad but the tattoo itself isn’t that bad looking and also it looks like a new tattoo it isn’t him being greasy or needing a shower generally when you get a tattoo your supposed to take care of it like making sure it’s moisturized…..obviously this guy just finished putting moisturizer on it so that it can heal properly
