But, the fact that your tattoos can get you kicked out of a theme park is BS! Personally, I think thats discrimination. And if it were me who got kicked out, id go talk to a lawyer. If you dont want your kids to see the tattoo, walk away, or better yet: dont look.

Sexual orientation, religious views, race, et cetera are all protected from discrimination under federal law, but things like tattoos and cigarette smoking are not.
Parks have every right to kick you out if you have an offensive tattoo, and they well should.
The law is always changing, so maybe they will add tattooed people to the list. Most employers won’t hire people with neck tattoos, and until recently the army didn’t want people with neck tattoos.

This lady was kicked out of Legoland in Grapevine TX…which is near Dallas. Not Six Flags….happened last week. They gave her money back and said she could come back another time covered. She has a young son and had taken him to the Legoland….Legoland’s policy is no offensive clothes etc…it’s on the ticket.
